Fine Art Purchases

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful information about print materials, production, shipping, local pickup, rush orders, and purchasing fine art photography from Zachary Jumba.

What types of prints do you offer?

I currently offer three premium fine art products: Metal Prints, Gallery Wraps, and Fine Art Prints. Metal Prints provide vibrant colors, incredible detail, and a modern frameless appearance. Gallery Wraps offer a museum-style canvas presentation stretched over a wooden frame for a timeless wall-art look. Fine Art Prints are high-quality archival paper prints perfect for framing and collecting. Each image may have different product availability depending on the artwork and aspect ratio selected.

What is a Metal Print?

Metal prints are created by infusing the image directly into specially coated aluminum panels. The result is a sleek, modern presentation with rich color, sharp detail, and excellent durability. Metal prints are especially popular for cityscapes, industrial photography, coastlines, and dramatic landscapes.

What is a Gallery Wrap?

Gallery wraps are printed on premium giclée-quality canvas and stretched over a solid wooden frame. The image wraps around the edges for a clean, finished appearance that does not require framing. These pieces provide a classic fine art feel with depth and texture.

What is a Fine Art Print?

Fine art prints are produced on professional archival paper using high-resolution printing processes designed for exceptional detail and longevity. These prints are ideal for traditional framing and collectors looking for a timeless presentation style.

Are the prints archival quality?

Yes. All prints are professionally produced using high-quality materials and printing methods designed for long-term display and preservation.

Will my print look exactly like it does on screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, screen brightness, and device settings. Every effort is made to ensure the final print accurately represents the original artwork.

Are frames included?

Frames are not included unless specifically stated in the product description. Fine art prints are typically sold unframed so collectors can customize framing to match their space.

Do you sell framed prints?

Yes. Zachary Jumba does offer framed print options. Please check the “Available Prints” section in the navigation bar to view currently available framed print products and options. Frame styles and availability may vary depending on the specific artwork, the frame selections Zach has chosen for that piece, and the intended price point of the final product. Shipping costs for framed prints are invoiced separately after purchase due to varying packaging, handling, and carrier costs. If local pickup is selected, no shipping charges will be added.

How long does production and shipping take?

Most orders are professionally produced after purchase and typically require processing time before shipment. Production and delivery times can vary depending on product size, print material, and shipping destination.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. If you are local to the Pittsburgh region, local pickup may be available depending on the order size and scheduling availability.

Why is shipping billed separately?

Shipping costs for large fine art pieces can fluctuate significantly depending on size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination. Because of these constantly changing carrier costs, shipping is billed separately after purchase. For oversized items, it may be beneficial to contact Zach before ordering to receive a shipping estimate.

What is your recommendation for shipping larger-scale artwork?

For larger fine art pieces, especially oversized metal prints and gallery wraps, local pickup is highly recommended whenever possible. Large-format artwork can be expensive to package and ship safely due to size restrictions, freight handling requirements, and fluctuating carrier rates. Local pickup helps avoid costly shipping fees while also reducing the risk of damage during transit. If you are located in or near the Pittsburgh region, coordinating local pickup with Zachary Jumba is often the best option for large-scale purchases. If shipping is required, customers are encouraged to reach out before purchasing to receive a shipping estimate and discuss the best delivery method for the artwork size selected.

Are sales final?

Yes. Due to the custom-made nature of fine art printing, all sales are final once an order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

Every effort is made to professionally package and protect your artwork during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Zachary Jumba immediately with photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging materials so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Can I request a custom size?

Custom sizing may be available for select images and print materials. If you are looking for a specific size or presentation option, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Do you offer signed prints?

Select pieces may be available as signed editions. Availability will depend on the specific artwork and print format.

Do you offer limited edition prints?

No. Zachary Jumba believes artwork should be accessible to everyone who connects with an image. At this time, prints are not released as limited editions, allowing customers the opportunity to purchase any artwork they would like without restrictions based on edition availability.

Can businesses or organizations purchase artwork?

Absolutely. Fine art pieces are available for offices, restaurants, commercial spaces, and public displays. Larger custom orders or installation discussions are welcome.

Who is the photographer?

The artwork is created by Zachary Jumba, focused on capturing moments in time through steel heritage imagery, cityscapes, coastlines, sports, and fine art photography inspired by Pittsburgh and beyond.

Will the Zachary Jumba Photography logo be printed on the artwork?

No. The Zachary Jumba logo or watermark will not be printed on the final purchased artwork. While watermarks may appear on online previews for image protection purposes, all final fine art pieces are delivered clean and professionally produced without visible branding on the image itself. However, select pieces hand delivered may be personally signed by Zach depending on the print type, size, and if the buyer would like it.

Do you have a gallery where I can see prints in person?

At this time, Zachary Jumba operates strictly online and does not currently have a physical gallery or showroom location. The goal is to eventually have an in-person showroom or gallery space in the future, which would be an incredible opportunity to showcase the artwork at full scale and allow visitors to experience the prints in person. For now, all artwork is viewed and purchased online.

If I need my order quickly, is that a possibility?

Yes. Rush orders may be available depending on the product type, size, production schedule, and shipping destination. If you need a rushed order, please contact Zachary Jumba before placing your order so availability, timing, and expedited shipping options can be discussed in advance. Please note that expedited production and/or shipping will result in additional fees. These charges will be included on a separate shipping invoice after the artwork purchase. For local pickup orders, a separate invoice for rush processing fees will also be provided if applicable. If you are purchasing artwork for a special occasion, event, or gift, it is strongly recommended to allow at least one month before the date you need the item to help ensure enough time for production, packaging, and delivery.
